Christmas Comes to Lecanvey

We had a very busy last week of term in the school. Santa visited the school on Tuesday where each child got to meet the great man. We held a raffle for Aunty Nelly packs kindly contributed by Judy and Dominic and the prize-winners were Charlie and Liam. Christmas advertising stopmotions were created by the senior room and the junior room sang carols as Gaeilge. The senior room adapted River by Joni Mitchell to illustrate what they felt was important at Christmas; family, friendship, the birth of a child, food and snow!
