Our Scarecrow

We decided to build a scarecrow in the junior classroom last term. We had great fun making our scarecrow and learnt a lot through this process. We are very proud of our scarecrow. Below is a summary written by one of students.(Picture 5)

How to make the scarecrow

We blew up a balloon. Then we stuck on newspaper. Then we cut out numbers and we stuck them on the trousers and the shirt. Then we got some wool and then we cut some of the wool and we used it for hair for the scarecrow. Then we stuck it on the balloon and then we got a Scarecrow stand. Then we got a bucket and put the shirt on the bucket and attached the trousers and shirt and the head.
